Amanda Griffin

Program Coordinator - Smithfield Elementary

Amanda is a proud native of Charlotte and a graduate of Bennett College where she earned a B.A. degree in English. She has a diverse professional background to include staffing/recruitment, sales and owning her own pre-employment background screening service. These roles afforded her the opportunity to volunteer in the community and assume leadership roles with the PTSA at her children’s schools. Her most recent work experience as a Program Manager for a local educational non-profit and a CMS substitute teacher, strengthen her desire to serve students and led her to Heart Math. Amanda has a passion for learning and deeply believes all students should have equal access to a quality educational experience.
