Program Coordinator - Petree Elementary

Shaterika began her career as a middle school math teacher before moving into human resources, where she’s supported schools and nonprofits through recruiting, onboarding, and team operations. She’s excited to return to her roots in education by joining Heart Math Tutoring as a Program Coordinator. With a deep belief in the power of relationships and representation, Shaterika looks forward to helping students build confidence and a love for learning. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, real estate, and wellness.
