Eliza Durfee

Vice President of Finance and Business Operations

Eliza spent the first six years of her career as a financial statement auditor for PwC, before returning to school to get her Masters of Public Administration at UNC Charlotte to make the transition to public service. She spent the last three years working in the Office of Strategy & Innovation with Mecklenburg County, providing the County with support in data analysis, strategic planning, and evaluation. Eliza was introduced to Heart Math Tutoring as a volunteer during her time with PwC and looks forward to working with Heart as the VP of Finance and Business Operations. In her free time, Eliza enjoys spending time with her husband, infant son, and two cats, reading, and traveling.
