Freda Robinson

Program Manager - Winston-Salem

Freda relocated from New Jersey to Winston-Salem in the Fall of 2021 and has a passion for volunteering, community involvement, and education. With 15 years of classroom experience as a Teacher’s Assistant and Substitute Teacher, she has worked hands on with elementary school students of all academic levels and needs. Her volunteer experience includes being a Cub Scout Leader, Home and School Association President, and Parent Liaison for her former local school district Leadership Council. Freda was also awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award from her former local Association of Black Leaders and Entrepreneurs for her volunteer efforts in the community. Freda is excited to be part of Heart’s impact on Winston-Salem students through our tutoring efforts. She believes that Heart gives children much needed confidence and a solid foundation to build upon during their educational journey.
