Heather Smith

Program Coordinator - Blythe Elementary

Heather Smith is a native of North Carolina, attending elementary through high school in the state. She went on to tutor math students throughout her college years, while also acquiring a BS in Mathematics at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Immediately after college, she took a job in pharmaceutical sales for eight years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. In 2019, she returned to the world of tutoring at JV Washam Elementary School to be a Math Tutor for fourth and fifth grade students. Her passion for math education and helping children led her to Heart. She believes that all students deserve a math education catered to the individual so that each student can build confidence and have long-term success.
