Jackie Dillon

Program Coordinator- Elizabeth Traditional Elementary

Jackie, a Minnesota native, is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Stout where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing and a minor in Spanish. Jackie moved to Charlotte in 2012 to begin her career in Sales and Marketing. She has a diverse professional background within the Consumer Product Goods and FemTech industries where she developed a diverse skillset in: Analytics, Account Management and Marketing. Jackie has always been passionate about helping others and working with children. She has been a math tutor, coach for youth athletics, and in 2017 she became a mother. She loves helping kids build confidence and a growth mindset in all aspects of their lives. Through these experiences, she saw the positive, life-changing impact a tutor, coach and mother can have on a child’s life. Her passion for youth development and education led her to join Heart. Jackie believes that through 1:1 encouraging and intentional support where students unique and individual needs are met, students are able to build a strong foundation and understanding, become more confident in their abilities, and develop an appreciation for learning that will help them succeed in school and in life.
