Program Coordinator - Hidden Valley Elementary

Malik, a native of Goldsboro, North Carolina, graduated from Wayne Community College, while being a part of a dual enrolled high school with an A.A. in Arts. Malik moved to Charlotte in 2020 after graduating, where he then went on to obtain his B.S. in Health Systems Management from UNC Charlotte. Malik spent a lot of his time in high school working with children, mentoring & tutoring them in various subjects. His strong passion for children came from his parents as they created a mentoring program during his teenage years. Malik believes that the children of today are our future in every way possible, instilling into each of them that they can all be successful.
