Megan Blackburn

Senior Manager of Development, Donor Relations

Megan grew up in Austin, Texas, earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Texas, and spent several years living in Wisconsin before moving to Charlotte in 2022. She has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2021 and currently serves on the board of AFP Charlotte. She is excited to be part of Heart Math Tutoring’s work, inspired by the way encouragement and consistency can change how a child sees themselves as a learner. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys taking her dog Jazzy on adventures, traveling with her family, and exploring Charlotte’s neighborhoods and food scene.
