Rachel Allman

Outreach Coordinator

Rachel was born and raised in Virginia and graduated with her bachelor’s in social work from James Madison University in 2014. Rachel has served in different roles since, including working with adult English language learners, youth in foster care, and more recently, as a Guest Teacher with CMS. Throughout her career, Rachel has been passionate about working within her community and helping others. As Heart’s Outreach Coordinator, Rachel loves having the opportunity to work with dedicated volunteers. She believes all students can thrive when provided with a safe, supportive learning environment and is grateful for the Heart volunteers that donate their time to provide such an important service to our community.
