2021 Holiday Festivities!
December 23, 2021
Happy holiday season! This season, we are thankful for you – volunteers, donors, community partners, and friends – and the support you provide for students. The Heart team got together on December 15th to celebrate a great start to the 2021/22 school year, and stories and bright spots of tutoring thus far were shared amongst staff and board members. It was a great time to be together and look ahead to all the new year has in store. Many thanks to our board chair Connie Carlson for hosting and to all who made this special time possible, including Party Reflections for keeping us warm by providing a tent, and Your Farms Your Table for keeping our bellies full with a delicious dinner!
In 2022, you can expect to see spotlights on all who make our work possible here on the Heart blog. These posts will highlight Heart staff and board members, community partners and volunteer tutors—maybe you! We look forward to sharing about the passion that these individuals and organizations hold for Heart’s mission of ensuring all elementary students develop a strong foundation in math and enthusiasm for academics needed for long-term success. Thank you for being a part of our mission.
Happy holidays and we will see you in 2022!
